In this context SAGC has trained a team to perform regular hard & soft ware and UPS services. The said services are rendered on an "Annual Support Contract;

Here are some of the titles of annual services by SAGC :
۱-Regular visits of technical personnel to check the systems and their condition.
۲-Free of Charge repairs of the equipment under contract, in customer place, if possible.
۳-Delegating technical personnel of the company to remove the failure max within ۳ hours after the defect is reported. (In Tehran and Central Province)
